I grew up in Abalone Cove and would walk down to the Abalone Shore Club almost everyday. This brings back so many wonderful memories! The right side of the photo is where the club house was and the left side is of Sacred. Wow, what a walk down memory lane! Thanks Ron

Ron: This picture is of Portuguese Bend The Portuguese Bend Club). I can still see the paddle board area. I grew up in this area and spent many a great sunny day surfing this beach. Very good times and think about "then" as compared to "now". Hi to all the "Benders" Abalone Cove is adjacent to Portuguese Bend RH LTC, US Army (Haiti, Bosnia, Croatia, Sudan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan (Juba) & Uganda)
